In February, Grandmaster Walter Jakimczuk was elevated to Grandmaster of our Wing Chun lineage, and was awarded a lifetime achievement award from the Canadian Wushu Association. Two students travelled with Sifu Jim Kragtwyk to Ontario to attend the ceremony. They made a pitstop in Ottawa first, to get some training in with Sigung Walter, and then travelled to Toronto to attend the ceremony.
